At Lists and Labels, we create made-to-order labels, plaques, signs and custom printed products with care and attention to detail.
Most orders are produced in-house and packed securely to help ensure they arrive safely and ready to use. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout, and where possible, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Production times may vary depending on the product, order size and whether custom artwork or approval is required. If your order is urgent, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.
For custom, bulk or trade orders, dispatch timeframes may be confirmed separately depending on materials, artwork and production requirements.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because many of our products are custom made, personalised, printed to order, or produced for specific site requirements, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Please check all product details, wording, sizes and artwork carefully before placing your order. For custom orders, production will usually begin once artwork or details have been confirmed.
If there is an issue with your order, such as a production fault, damage in transit, or an incorrect item supplied, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details so we can review it and work with you to find a suitable solution.
