Proofing Process
The proofing process will commence only upon receipt of an official purchase order or order confirmation. If requested, an electronic proof will be prepared before production begins.
Pricing & Ownership

Prices quoted remain valid for 30 days.

Ownership of goods transfers to the purchaser only after full payment has been received.

We reserve the right to adjust specifications and substitute products without prior notice.
Claims & Approvals

Any claim for damages or short delivery must be submitted in writing within seven days of the invoice date.

Once approved, artwork is deemed final. If a cancellation request is made before production starts, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

Artwork must adhere to our specified requirements.
Colour & Print Variations

Electronic proofs may not provide an exact colour match. If precise colours are required, a hard copy proof should be ordered prior to approval.

A trimming variance of up to 1mm may occur. Ensure all crucial elements (logos, text) are placed at least 3-4mm from the edges.
Copyright & Content Restrictions

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any supplied artwork does not infringe copyright laws. We do not accept liability for copyright breaches.

We reserve the right to refuse any material that is offensive, inappropriate, or in violation of ethical standards.
Turnaround Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours (Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM).

If an urgent deadline is required, customers must confirm current turnaround times.
Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard).

Payments are processed in full at the time of order. If an order cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be issued.
Delivery Policy

Standard delivery is estimated at 3-7 business days. If the order is not received within this timeframe, contact us immediately.

Deliveries are made to the address specified by the customer, who is responsible for ensuring availability to receive goods.

Delivery is considered complete once the goods have been unloaded at the designated location.

Additional charges, including shipping, are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds

We comply with Australian Consumer Law regarding defective or faulty products.

Returns must be made within 30 business days from receipt of goods.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Custom-made products or those featuring logos may not be eligible for return. Customers should confirm return eligibility prior to ordering.

Customers must verify product suitability before purchase, as returns may not be accepted if the product does not meet their specific needs.

Refunds are processed after inspection of returned goods and will be issued to the original payment method within the timeframe set by the payment provider.
