Return & Exchange Policy

Many Lists & Labels products are custom-made, made to order, or produced to specific standards, which means returns or exchanges for change of mind are generally not accepted.

That being said -  we stand by the quality of our work.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, including photos and a brief description of the issue.
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

 

Non-Custom Items

For non-custom and non-personalised items, returns may be accepted at our discretion.

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Orders produced using incorrect details supplied at checkout​
