This Multiple BESS Supplies Label is designed for installations where multiple Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) are connected and require clear identification in accordance with current Australian standards.
Based on AS/NZS 4777.1:2024, this label allows installers to clearly identify each individual BESS within a system (e.g. BESS #1 of 4) while documenting critical electrical characteristics including:
Short Circuit Current (A)
Maximum D.C. Voltage (V)
This ensures safe isolation, servicing, and emergency response by providing essential system data at a glance.
DVC-A Use Only
This label is applicable to DVC-A installations only.
It is intended for systems where:
The DC voltage exceeds extra-low voltage limits, and
Additional hazard and identification requirements apply under AS/NZS 4777.1:2024.
If your system is DVC-B or C, this label may not be required or appropriate, and alternative signage should be considered.
