With recent updates to AS/NZS 5139:2019 and associated battery signage requirements, warning labels and shutdown information can no longer simply be applied directly to battery enclosures in many installations. This kit addresses that requirement by relocating critical warning and shutdown information onto a rigid wall-mounted acrylic plaque designed to be installed adjacent to the battery system.
Manufactured from durable UV printed acrylic with pre-drilled mounting holes, the all-in-one battery plaque consolidates essential warning signage, shutdown instructions and battery system information into a single professional installation solution.
The included compact shutdown procedure plaque features 3M adhesive backing for convenient placement near the inverter or battery system and provides a visual step-by-step shutdown reference for emergency responders, technicians and system owners.
To further simplify installation, all required switchboard labels are supplied separately in an organised pack, reducing onsite guesswork and saving installers time during commissioning.
This kit also includes both the ES / UN3480 identification sticker and a PV D.C. isolator reflective label to assist installers where reflective signage may not already be present on existing installations.
